Guidelines for Manuscript Submission

Submission guidelines are outlined as follows:

  • Submission Process: Submit manuscripts to the Managing Editor via email at journalqrtc@gmail.com. The editorial office will acknowledge receipt within a week.

  • Title Page Information:  Include: Title of article, Author(s) full name, Surname/title (e.g., Dr/Prof/Mr/Ms), Affiliation (single), Postal Address, Email & telephone (corresponding author only), Keywords (min. 5), Abstract (200–250 words), and Acknowledgment of funding or contributions.

  • Main Text Structure:  Organize as: Introduction, Literature Review / Theoretical Background & Hypotheses Development, Methods, Results, Discussion, Practical Implications, Conclusion, Reference, Appendix (if any).

  • Manuscript Preparation: Use Calibri 11 pt, single-spaced throughout.

  • Heading Styles:  Heading 1: 11 pt, bold, blank line before/after. Heading 2: 11 pt, bold italics, blank line before/after. Heading 3: 12 pt, italics, blank line before/after.

  • Word Count:  5,000–8,000 words (250 words per table/figure).

  • Figures: May include photos, graphs, illustrations, flowcharts. Insert in text, numbered consecutively. Captions (10 pt, centered) below figures. High resolution (≥200 dpi). Maximum: 3 figures.

  • Tables: Insert in text, numbered (Arabic). Include title. Table text: 10 pt. Captions: 8 pt, centered. Follow APA style. Maximum: 4 tables. All tables/figures must be embedded in the manuscript (no separate files). Exceeding limits requires justification in cover letter.

  • References: Follow APA 7th edition. Use author–date in-text citations (e.g., Oluyinka & Cusipag, 2021). Reference list: 10 pt, justified.

  • Dataset Submission:  Submit processing files (e.g., SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS, Adanco). Manuscripts without data files will not be considered.

  • Open Access Policy:  JQRTC provides immediate open access for wider knowledge exchange.

  • License: Published under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY). Authors retain copyright while granting JQRTC publishing rights.
